Tips for a proper exercise regimen

Before beginning any exercise program you should follow some basic exercise tips.  You can ask professionals or check at the local gym about recommendations on how to safely begin.

   Start out with easy aerobic type exercises that will let you begin slow and work your way up to the ones that will do you the most good. 

Make a habit of working out but do it when it’s convenient to you.  If not, you will be liable to talk yourself  out of it more often than not.  Always wear comfortable clothes, you are not making a fashion statement, at least not yet.

Play music!  Whatever you like, rock, hip hop, or polka music will have you jumping and eager to move.  Be around other like minded people who have a goal same as you do, to win the game and succeed.
