Strata Reports Worth the Cost
October 15th, 2008 . by adminThere are always things that could possibly go wrong when you are purchasing any property. Personally, I think the fewer surprises, the better. That is why it seems to me that strata reports would definitely be worth the cost. If nothing else, they would give a buyer peace of mind knowing that everything has been looked into, and there shouldn’t be any new financial or legal surprises once an offer has been made and papers are signed. I wish all major purchases came with some type of security like strata reports provide. I am not sure what type of guarantee the company provides on these reports, but I am guessing they do their homework.
