Set the Style

After owning our first house for 12 years, we were ready to move on to something bigger and something that would fit our needs better. Now, the problem is decorating the new house. We want to make sure that the style is exactly right. We want a comfortable and classic feel. So, what are the best styles of sofas, chairs, lamps and tables to create that sense of style? I know we will want to avoid some of the newer sofa styles that are sleek and savvy and scream modern design. Perhaps the seating pieces will be overstuffed and in a neutral color and fabric. Hopefully we find something sooner rather than later.
