I had never visited Colorado before they moved there, and I must say, I was impressed. The landscape was gorgeous and varied; compared, of course, to boring, flat as a pancake Indiana. When I graduated, they urged me to try to find work there, but I insisted on following my then-girlfriend to Michigan.
