My mom and dad have about twenty acres on their property. They have ten longhorn cows, four dogs, and about eight chickens. Needless to say, they needed some good agricultural fencing to keep all their livestock in. The style they chose is the split rail fencing. There’s other types as well such as electrified wire fencing, electrified vinyl fencing, and agricultural chain link fencing. I’m so glad they chose the split rail though, because I just like the look of it better than the others even though they are all good. I can’t believe I even know anything about this type of fencing but when you live on a farm your whole life, you tend to become knowledgeable about such things. Also, I know how to milk cows, bail hay, and help build a barn. Not too bad for being a girl.
