Using exercise to get rid of cellulite
August 14th, 2008 . by adminIt is time to do something. Having all of this “cottage cheese” skin on the backs of my upper thighs is driving me nuts. I need to add a targeted exercise program to my day in order to try to tone up and get rid of cellulite. The trainer at my local gym did a fitness profile on me and said that she could work with me a few days a week and that she would design a workout program to target my cellulite prone areas. Having a scheduled appointment might be good for me and make me go to workout.
