Pretty Gac Superfruit But Hard to Eat

When ripe, the gac fruit is hard to eat because it is not very tasty and it looks odd inside. When raw, it is easier to cook with other food to eat. There are many ways to fry raw gac fruits and dip with sauces.
The ripe gac fruit is used in some Vietnamese cakes such as wedding cakes.
