Panic Attacks During Pregnancy, Is There Any Medication Available?
January 27th, 2008 . by adminI suffered from panic attacks during pregnancy a couple of years ago and at the time I asked my GP if there were any forms of medication that might help. I was specifically advised not to take any unnatural substances other than paracetamol because it may harm my unborn baby. As the illness has come more into the public eye, does anybody know of any specific drugs that may now have been developed or researched sufficiently so that they can be taken by pregnant women. I ask because my sister is going through the same rough time as I did and I keep trying to tell her not to use ativan because she hasn’t had a proper diagnosis from her GP.
