Need sleep?

Sleep is an interesting thing. If you change shifts you will find that your body won’t change as readily as you will. Your body wants to sleep at the same time it’s used to going to sleep. If you find yourself at work at the time your usually sleeping you will feel your body want to go to sleep. This is because its releasing melatonin thinking your going to bed soon! To correct this you need to introduce a sleep aid with melatonin, into your body at the new sleep time manually for a few days, then your body will reset the clock and you will sync up to your new bed time faster. The body generally will do this on its own but it takes longer and is a painfully slow process.
