So drinking tea is one of the things that helps her to be skinny. In addition to this, she also likes to do outdoor bodyweight workouts. So exercising is something that she also likes to do because it helps her be strong.
I think that I am going to follow her advice and will start drinking tea like her. The only thing is that I am very picky with the things I ate or drink. I am not a tea fan. However, I will start drinking tea.
