Believe it, or not, drinking water is going to be a great help if you want to loose weight fast. By drinking water you will get rid of all of those empty calories you would normally consume by drinking soda, coffee (think creamer and sugar), juice, and milk. If you only drink these drinks you could easily take up to 500 calories off your daily menu and save some money in the process. 3500 calories is considered one pound, this means calories consumed and calories burned.
So one week on that schedule would amount to 1 pound of weight loss — not bad for little effort!
