Considering a Weight Loss Diet
February 20th, 2009 . by adminI know it is so hard to choose a weight loss diet. There are hundreds out there to choose from. Some are all about no fat and others are all about no carb. I find it impossible to follow something that is so strict for too long of a time. I can do almost any Weight Loss Diet for a week or two but in order to see real results it has to last much longer and once the weight is off, I need a strategy to maintain that loss. I am considering low carb and I am considering low fat as good ways to be healthful and lose some weight.
