As an aid in abdominal exercises, the ball can make it easy or especially tough when working out.
With the large sized ball you can exercise either on your stomach or back and effectively stretch your way to great abs! With the ball between your feet you can roll it away and back to you. Place the ball between your knees and you can do side to side rolls. Try it under your calves and roll it side to side. There is practically no end to the maneuvers you can perform with this devise. Just keep it up and see what you can achieve.
