Mikes Shoes

July 11th, 2008 . by admin

Twenty one years ago Nike came out with a shoe named after the famous basketball player Michael Jordan. Air Jordans as they are called first came out twenty one years ago but even today they are still just as popular when they first came out. And even though Jordan sneakers aren’t new, they haven’t lost their craze like some shoes do. In fact, their popularity is becoming even more increasing with each and every day it seems. When Jordan sneakers first came out nobody was sure how would they do or if they would succeed. But now, everybody wants some Jordans.

MYRTLE BEACH GOLF PACKAGES

July 6th, 2008 . by admin

Here I am sitting at my desk reading about Tiger Woods and his reconstructive knee surgery. My oh my how the game will change without him out playing. What?  The game is not going to change unless you get out there and practice and play and practice and play and play and play and play. When was the last time Tiger made a difference in your game? What will make a difference is for you to call your Golfmaster and have him put together some Myrtle Beach Golf Packages for you and the boys to look over and decide when you want to come to Myrtle Beach, where you want to stay, and what courses you want to play. While Tiger is doing his rehab work, you can be enjoying the game you love.

Looking For A Gift

June 17th, 2008 . by admin

Does anyone know where I can get a good set of childrens toy golf clubs? My daughter wants to pretend to play golf since she always sees me going to play golf. She always wants to be just like her daddy. Her birthday is coming up and I thought it would be fun to get her some toy golf clubs and then I could teach her a little bit about the game outside in the yard when we are playing together. However, I want to get a nice set, not a really cheap one that isn’t well made and will fall apart.

Myrtle Beach golf package

June 11th, 2008 . by admin

Did you have any idea that there are businesses out there for focus solely on golf vacations?  I could not believe it.  I was just on the internet and found perhaps the greatest Myrtle Beach Golf Package.  I’ve called all my buddies to tell them about the fantastic facilities available, which consists of sun, sea, sand but most of all golf. Now they are all asking their wives when they can go.  Even if I have to go myself, I’ll be there in a flash.

Not just for rifles

May 17th, 2008 . by admin

I admit most to the paint ball games are played with rifles because of the greater range you can have from your target. There is a new trend starting to show up though. Paintball Pistols are starting to make the presents known and felt. The first situation where I saw paintball pistols used they were employed as sort of back up weapons. Now entire scenarios are cropping up. Using pistols require advanced skill sets though. You need to be able to use cover and concealment or ambush tactics to be able to bring you competition in close enough to be effective.

Would you go to alaska?

May 7th, 2008 . by admin

I do not where you are residing, but I guess no matter where you are staying, alaska is a faraway place. I mean they don’t call it the last great wilderness for nothing right? So, when I suggest to my family that we go for a fly fishing trip in alaska, I can understand their relutance. To the ladies, what is there to do in alaska. But, fast forward 3 months after the trip, they are still gushing how beautiful and how fun the trip was…

Find Yourself Some Putting Tips.

April 25th, 2008 . by admin

Golfers all know that wise philosophy for the golf game of: “you drive for show, and you putt for dough”. And there is a lot of truth to that statement. Putting can save you many stroker in the course of eighteen holes. It can also turn some holes into pars instead of bogeys. Any thing that you can do to help acheive that is worth the time and energy. With that in mind you need plenty of putting tips. There is plenty of tips available for the golfer. Take advantage of doing some reading and listening to tapes. Use the tips that work for you. You can take away a little something from every tip.

Mini-vacation, part 10

April 24th, 2008 . by admin

I found a store employee and asked where there were some free archery ranges available. I was half expecting the man to laugh at me, but he told me of a place where there was one. “They also hold Archery Tournaments there. Nice little range.” So I got directions and we started looking for the last thing I could think of that we might need - more arrows. I was fairly sure that the bow she had was not going to be of the same draw length as mine, since I have a recurve long bow. And so we began looking for arrows.

I am so happy, I did not catch a single fish

April 7th, 2008 . by admin

I guess fly fishing is one of those sports that you would enjoy regardless of the result. Reason being the scenery and the preparation. Yes, the preparation is actually part of the fun. During the last fly fishing trip in alaska (which my wife enjoys thoroughly), one of the thing that she feedback as the most interesting part is actually the shopping and preparation for it (nothing strange, but the strange thing is I actually enjoyed it too!). So, the trip was even enjoyable prior to us catching any fish!
