Looking to Get Rates for Temp Car Insurance

February 25th, 2009 . by admin

I am thinking about getting insurance for my car while I am out of town for a month. I have told a couple of my friends could borrow my car. While, I trust them, I do not know if they are good drivers or not. I have been looking to get rates for temp car insurance. I have been looking into my options on the Internet. I was worried that I was going to pay a lot to insure my car for just a month but from what I have seen so far, the rates are not bad. I am going to get a few quotes and then start a policy before I leave.

Rental Car Insurance

February 23rd, 2009 . by admin

Fishing trips are a long held tradition in my wife’s family. So this year I am joining in with all her brothers and her Dad. I’ve never been much into fishing, but I think it might be fun. My only responsibility is to arrange for a rental car and cheap car insurance so that we can get from the airport to the fishing lodge. Somebody is supposed to have a rod and all the tackle I will need. My mother-in-law apparently packs enough food to feed a small army, so I won’t have to worry about starving even if we don’t catch anything!

February 20th, 2009 . by admin

Did you realize that there is a way for you to be able to burn water for fuel? The way that this is done is by using a simple water fuel cell and what it can do for you is to save you about 50% on your monthly gas bill. Although you will not be burning water for fuel in your entire automobile, you will be cutting it back to about 50%. This can add up to an amazing savings for us and we will really feel the impact whenever we are passing by gas station after gas station.

Very Friendly Customer Service

I will be writing a letter of commendation to the manager of the automobile sales department for the car lot that I was at the other day.  The salesman was helping me with my purchase of a new car; he was extremely helpful and informative.  He was showing me all the new cars on the lot and explained the difference between the original warranty and the new car extended warranty. He explained all the benefits in detail and how much it would cost if I should have car repairs such as brakes, electrical parts or even towing expenses.  I let him know I would think about it and call him back.

My Next Car?

February 7th, 2009 . by admin

So, I’m looking into getting a used car here soon.  I’m tired of driving around my ultra clunker, and am looking into ways of getting into something a little nicer.  I’m still being pretty practical, though, so I’m just looking at getting something like a Civic or an Accord.  I’ve been browsing used Honda listings and have seen some pretty good deals out there.

Of course, I could always looking into getting a new car, but I really don’t want to spend that kind of money at the moment.  Really, instead of putting that money into a car payment, I could be using it instead to travel around the world which seem much more fulfilling to me.  Anyways, watch this space to see how things wind up.

Care for your Ride, Prevent Car Paint Damage

February 4th, 2009 . by admin

Keeping your car in good shape is not that easy. It requires meticulous eyeing on each of its parts and be observant on tiny changes which occurs not only on its engine system but most of all its exterior body, since it is the first thing observed by the people around you. Car Paint Damage is just one of the most common problems experienced by most car owners. It is mainly due to natural and manmade hazards. One may do precautionary measures such as washing and waxing it regularly, even parking it on a shade to protect from sun damage. However, in cases of slight exposure to different weather conditions wherein paint damage may still occur, it is advisable that one should maintain their car paint by touching up damaged areas as soon as it develops.

Buy Here - Pay Here

January 24th, 2009 . by admin

Because they use no banks and do not perform credit checks, everyone is approved providing they agree to pay $50.00 per week toward the balance on the automobile (remember to check kellybluebook first to make sure you pay the right price). The Car Factory’s motto is ‘Buy Here - Pay Here’ and that’s exactly what they offer. With down payments ranging from $700.00 to nearly $3,000.00, The Car Factory offers a variety of used cars from all manufacturers, including Ford, Dodge, Kia, Jeep, Chevy, Nissan, etc. They offer cars, trucks, SUVS and 4×4s, which is a wide enough selection for even the most selective of car shoppers.

Vauxhall Corsa

January 21st, 2009 . by admin

Long gone are the days when the most desirable cars on the market were the massive 4X4 gas guzzlers; these days the buzzwords ‘economical’ and ‘environment’ are a relatively high priority when considering buying a new car. No one with good conscience would buy a vehicle that pumped out large amounts of Co2 unless it was essential to their work/life/well-being to do so… at least they shouldn’t anyway.

The Vauxhall Corsa is an increasingly popular choice for motorists who want a car that performs well, has exceedingly low running costs and is environmentally sound in comparison to most of its competition. The Corsa combines all this with all the style and finesse you would expect from a much pricier vehicle.

The VW Polo

January 18th, 2009 . by admin

The VW Polo was always considered the baby in Volkswagen canon, that is until the Lupo and then the Fox came along. Now it sits between the Fox and the Golf and frankly could get lost in diverse market split between the two. So where does the Polo sit in the grand scheme of things?

With the VW badge and the trademark efficient German engineering the Polo is unlikely to fade in obscurity, especially with its sporty body shape and impressive range of available engines. If Volkswagen have learnt one thing, it is that they could release a 3-wheeled elastic-band powered go-kart and it would still sell millions due to the popularity of their brand.

Tip #3 on buying cheap used cars for sale

January 17th, 2009 . by admin

Once you have picked out what type of used cars or vehicle you are going to purchase, done all your research on the options, pricing, what other inventory is available, then pray. Just kidding. (That was a joke unless you really think it might help!) When you visit a dealership, don’t put all your cards out on the table especially when shopping used cars. Believe it or not, dealerships make more money on used then new. So don’t tell them they have exactly what you want or how much you are willing to pay, since they will know they already have you hooked.
