Truckers Must Clear Snow Under New Bill

There is a bill in the process of being passed that would require a trucker to completely remove the snow off of his or her rig before putting into drive. Does this seem unnecessary or is there really a danger with the ice and snow coming off of moving trucks and hitting vehicles behind them. This bill may cover more than just driver of rigs but anyone and any type of vehicle. The property damage and few related deaths has stirred up enough emotion to activate people on the issue.
