We hold company wide events three or four times each year for all employees and their families, and we need to have seating for everyone. These tend to be things like holiday get togethers and barbeques, so we need to have stacking chairs and folding tables so that we can easily store them when they are not in use. We used to just rent them, but we have decided that it would probably end up being more cost effective to just purchase our own, that way we don’t have to deal with outside vendors all the time and figuring out who has the best prices.
