Producing a 3d floor plan
July 21st, 2008 . by adminIn preparation for the production of hand drawn 3D floor plans, photographers are sent to the site. They take hundreds of photographs from every angle and light condition. These photographs document the site for later reference in the process. Artists then review the photographs and begin to make rough sketches of the building or site. These rough sketches are examined and compare to each other and the photographs until a final draft is complete. Going from draft to final work of art requires the examination of final draft and the comparison with photographs. Every color and detail must be exact. After the final 3d floor plan is complete it is sent to the printers for reproduction.
