I was in a bar once in San Jose, where I met an elderly gentleman who owned some property in Jaco beach.  He didn’t tell me much about it except that it was beautiful and secluded.  He gave me his card and a few weeks later I took a trip out there for some sun, surf and fun!  I found that the man didn’t just have  Property in Costa Rica; he had a fantastic tree house type of building where he ran an exclusive restaurant for couples.  Next time I know to bring a date to my newfound paradise; just so the old man knows I’m not his.
