Investment clubs
September 26th, 2008 . by adminA group of us at work got together and formed an investment club. Each of us contribute am minimum of $20.00 a month to a fund that we use to learn about investing by investing. To many of us in the club, it was the first time we had ever had a committed savings program. As the club treasury started to grow we realized how saving on a regular basis payed off. Now in addition to having speakers on investment strategy, we also have speakers on financial planning. The club has done a lot to increase our awareness and make us responsible.
