However the opposite side of the spectrum is always there waiting to pop it’s nasty head out and cut you down. Rejection is something that we deal with everyday, and if you are not ready to deal with that than being a recruiter is not for you. However, there are tools out there to help you become the best that you ca be. There are recruitment training videos as well as seminars that will put you out on the right path to success.
