My daughter who wrorks part time at a post production house here in the area is going to a high school dance tonight with one of her best friends that happens to also be a young lady like herself.  This is perfectly fine with me and I find nothing wrong with this scenario other than wondering why she does not have a real date to the dance.  I carefully have the question and it seems that boys anf girls no longer plan on going to dances together on a routine basis.  Rather, everyone meets at the dance and then dances with whomever they chose.  A much better system if you ask me.
